Hello! Still doing my research on juicing and wondering about using superfoods in place of some fruits/veggies. Is this common to do? Or is something like this a no no? Like, I have this recipe that requires golden berries, can I use the powder also?
Golden berries would be the superfood - powders are just processed versions of superfoods.
I thin most people on this forum will recommend using the whole raw produce as apposed to processed ingredients, but there are many powders / ingredients that people add to juice. So, it’s up to you.
