Juice/smoothie sideline- Recycling business- vermiculture

I seem to recall someone from the first Juicecon, that was doing something with vermiculture or some kind of organic waste as part of their business or as their business. Any chance anyone remembers or has any link?

I am in Ontario, Canada and in a somewhat unique position, with land, zoning and would like to make my fledgling operation busier (winter can be brutal in a smaller conservative community).

Are you referring to the bokashi composting presentation? That was by Baba and Tess of Epic Renewal. There was also a presentation on upcycling juice pulp by Pulp Pantry.
