Hello, please how can i extend natural juice shell life to the period of 6 months?

Please I want to start up a small juice business, my goal is after bottling the juice it should stay for about 6 months without going bad, I have a stainless steel locally build pasteurizer.

Please I will need more tips on how to preserve the juice to a period of 6 months.

I will appreciate any contribution


What you’re asking is basically making a “shelf stable” product and requires a lot of processing. This forum is focused on cold-pressed juice so you won’t find much help here.
