Gazpacho we are looking at making it for summer here in Australia.
At the moment I am thinking of making it in a vitamix then putting it in the press bag to strain on tge X 1 like we do the nut mylk. Has anyone made it putting the mix through the grinder on the X1 like a juice ??? Looking at making 30-40 bottle ls per day.just wondering if others have made it how do you do larger quantities thanks
