Just wanted to pass on info that some may already realize…
Due to Covid, sadly, a lot of restaurants are closing.
I just bought a $25k walk in cooler/freezer for $250.
I also picked up a very large 3 bay sink, and vegetable washing sink for $75. Sinks included fixtures.
Great deals are out there!
I haven’t opened yet, but working on things. I shifted a bit to building a shared use kitchen, but now may include coffee roasting to my juice making. There is much excitement in the incubator kitchen locally, govt bodies very receptive, since there are none locally, and possibly grants. Hoping to start producing in a month or 2.
