This might be a dumb question BUT… how do you decide on what benefits to highlight each juice. There are a lot of different veggies and fruits that go in to each juice how do you choose what each juice truly benefits most? Example. Celery good for skin or beet juice for muscle recovery. But there are so many other benefits within each juice I get so lost with this.
No right answer here. BUT… there are things that people are generally looking for, and that’s what you should highlight.
For example: Energy, sports performance / recovery, better sleep, better skin, digestion, brain function, weight loss etc.
