Equipment cleaning

Hi we have a X1 and absolutely love it. We run the machine for approximately 6 hours a day producing 500-600 juices would love some hint and tips for cleaning / sanitizing etc between juice types etc and end of day cleaning that larger juice kitchen do to make it easier. Thanks so much


Between recipe types all you need to do is rinse with water.

Under US health code regulations you need to wash, rinse, and sanitize the equipment at a minimum of once every 4 hours if your kitchen is within the temperature danger zone (40 F - 120 F I believe).
