Do you use a spray bottle to sanitize X-1?

Can you please check on my procedure for sanitizing the X-1?

  1. pull machine over to sink
  2. rinse debris with the sink sprayer
  3. scrub food surfaces using soap detergent + brush
  4. rinse the soap
  5. HERE ARE MY QUESTIONS:
    How do I apply the sanitizer?
    Is it okay to rinse the sanitizer off after the allotted time?

Just refer to the label / instructions that come with your sanitizer. Totally depends on what you’re using. Some you just spray on and let it air dry.
