Customer feedback

Hello Everyone,
I am curious how other juice bars are surveying their customers? How are you currently getting your feedback on their in-store experience was or how are you asking questions like “how are they liking the Strong Green juice compared to the Sweet Green they tried last week?” In addition to this, what are some the main questions we should be asking our customers to understand what they are looking for? I am going to an expo event on Wednesday at a local community college and I’m gearing my questions towards them most of them have never tried a cold-pressed juice before. I’m trying to develop some questions around that.

Some of the modern POS systems like Square offer a customer feedback component: https://squareup.com/customer-engagement/feedback

And if you’re selling online, then you have their email addresses which makes it easy to gather feedback. At Goodnature we use SurveyMonkey to collect survey data. It’s very useful.
